Management does not care. Get you to sign and then never make an effort to ensure the "luxury" living they like to claim. Very disappointed with the stay. Hidden fees and the gift card I was given as a signing gift did not even work. Location sucks cause if you you are not walking distance to any bars or campus. Better off paying a couple extra bucks and staying closer to campus or downtown. I rented from fall 2017 through spring 2018. ...

I step in dog poop everytime I go outside. The hallways stink like animals and my neighbors dog is barking at all hours. My apartment looked like trash when I moved in and when i reported it nothing was changed. I will never tell any of my friends to live here... I rented from fall '08 through summer 10. ...
