I lived here my first year of college, and the neighbor was kinda shaddy but it was safe for a young women on her own. The apartment itself is really creepy the elevator is SO old. Theres 6 floors and the only laundry facuility is in the basement. It is very sound proof, with the cement ceilings and floors. Old but cute apartments. I rented from fall '07 through spring '09. ...
