I've been living at the Clubs in East Lansing since my sophomore year of college due to MSU taking away my funds for room and board. The clubs was one of the cheapest but most popular apartments to choose from, plus I had two other girls I could move in with. The apartment isn't so bad but they definitely charge too much for the lack of maintenance and lack of cleanliness. My first year moving in as a sophomore they did not clean our apartment before moving in, there was dust and dirt everywhere so we had to clean it ourselves. My second year living here as a junior I moved in with two girls who were there before me, there were stains on my carpet and no one came to clean them DURING COVID. I was so disappointed but I'm just a college student so there was nothing else I could do but clean it and hope for them to care. That never happened... there was also a whole in one of the chairs when there was an inspection done that the other girls said was there before I moved in but they never fixed it, instead that split the cost of that chair on all of our rent bills. Sadly, I had to pay for a chair that I never knew was messed up because I was new to moving in this year. ...
