AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This was the worst apartment I have ever rented! DTN Management is utterly incompetent. Here is a short list of problems that occurred (repeatedly) in the year I lived there: paper-thin walls; maintenance is virtually non-existent; management refused to return calls; apartments are out-dated and badly need renovations; locks on the outer doors were broken for months and never repaired; intercom system does not work; roaches in the building; boiler heating system quits -- leaving NO heat (and maintenance refuses to come and fix it); little/no parking (only 1 spot allotted per apartment - regardless of how many renters); snow/ice was never removed; tree limbs hanging over parking lot were never trimmed - and branches fell on people and cars; laundry room plumbing leaked - causing mold in laundry room and the adjacent wall to my boyfriend's apartment.
