These people are just awful. They would charge you for everything they can. It's just a nightmare. When it comes to October they would call you every ... day "with 'friendly' attitude and come with candies to ask if you would like to stay for another term. Once you say: "no", they just treat you like an animal. You never can get help on anything or resolve your concerns. I had an issue last year with the payment, I went home, and when I came back after the break I found out that I was charged twice for a bank mistake. Went to the manager, she just didn't even give a... When I came back for this year, I found out that my roommate just didn't pay her last rent. I talked to them, no way, I was charged. The reason I stayed here for the second year, is just I am foreigner, so moving stuff fro one place to the other is a pain. And I really regret about that.
