I needed to have my parents lawyer get involved. They filed a lawsuit and sent me to collections for fees that was not covered in the lease. MSU was more willing to talk about my debt than this place. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08.

Too far from campus. The management is too annoying. The extra fees are excessive. Terminating the lease is a nightmare. I rented from fall '05 through spring '07.

The management is a nightmare here. During the winter they don't salt their sidewalks or parking lot making it very dangerous and very easy to slip. They will enter your apartment without permission and won't tell you about it unless you call them and tell them you found evidence of it. My apartment had flooded while I was out of town, and instead of calling me and telling me what happened, they just threw all of my things that had gotten wet into the shower for me to find when I got home.
