While the apartments are large sized, and cheaply priced the management is lacking. We lived in the first story 2 bedroom apartment and were plagued by an infestation of house centipedes. Finding several a day, we went to the management who said that they had to wait 2 months for the exterminators to come back before anything would be done. We also had a huge flood during a rain storm, and when we called the 'emergency maintenance' they told us that they wouldn't be able to come out until sometime either the next day or the day after, leaving my room mate and I on our own to deal with the inch + of standing water in our bedrooms. If you rent from here, pay the extra money to be on a higher floor...then perhaps you might have some better luck. I rented from winter '05 through winter '06. ...
