To begin with these apartments have the absolute worst upkeep. The walls are thin, the floors are hollow. The management has been nothing but a huge pain in the ass to deal with. We requested our dryer be repaired and it took them 3 weeks before it actually got fixed. They blindly placed us with 2 roommates that they clearly did not compare personlity profiles with. Rather they put them with us because of space availability, and ignored our complaints. One of our new underage roommates they forced upon us decided to leave beer cans on the balcony, so the apartment complex decides to give all residents of the apartment a $50 charge each! I was thrilled to come back from being out of state and find out about this fine that was incurred while I was gone. The management must think I enjoy spending all my time worrying about and correcting all the poor decisions they make. They are supposed to have quiet hours after 11pm, but ohh no, that's when the loud music starts to play. Broken glass all over the parking lot on the weekends, people lingering around outside all hours of the night, and dog droppings all over the sidewalks and lawn. If you have a life, job, or go to school, don't live here! ...

Dovers has some of the nicest people both living here and working here. Our neighbor even helped my b/f and I move in because we did not know anyone from the area! I rented from fall '07 through summer '08.
