I have lived here for three years and I cannot wait to move out! The rent is astronomical. Because the place is only 60% full at any time the office tries to nickel and dime you for everything. Make sure you read the lease line by line out loud because there are so many provisions and rules that it is difficult to keep track of all of them. I finished my doctorate this year and I am not a party person, and very responsible. I have been fined $500 so far by breaking one of the thousand rules in the lease. The neighbor noise is out of control. You can hear every footstep in the apartment above you and you can hear normal conversations through the wall!! Also, the place had a scare last year about going into foreclosure because Hunters Ridge did not pay their taxes for a year or so. Beware, especially if you have a dog.
