The quality is a 2 and not a 1 only because they are somewhat new... They are horribly built/insulated (fake and cheap are two words that come to mind). The price is decieving, be prepared to pay at least an extra 300-400 dollars in random fines/fees that have no basis (not an overexaggeration ) and between 150-500 dollars more after you move out. You are also forced to pay for any of the mistakes that the managment/staff makes, read the lease carefully, they WILL try every trick to screw you out of money.... The location is obviously god aweful unless you like riding the bus 30 minutes to campus. Social life is kinda a split.... It can be really noisey, although at the same time there seems to be alot of people getting fined for this as well... Everyone there is pretty much in their early 20s, so... The landlord and management, as mentioned, are beyond horrible. LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY... THEY *WILL* SCREW YOU OVER, its a gaurantee. Make sure you get everything in writing and signed by both managment and staff (I am not exaggerrating), keep all your reciepts (I was attempted to be evicted twice because they put my rent check in someone elses name, and forced me to still pay the late fees after showing reciepts of payment...) There is just simply nothing good at all I can say about the landlord/managment, I have thought long and hard and I honestly cannot. The parking gets a poor vote not because of the lack of space, there is PLENTY of space, but like a fat kid with donuts, they guard these spots with an iron fist. If your friends want to come visit, either have them walk, or sign them up and get them a timed pass like your in middle school. They WILL TOW if it expires 5 minutes after (so if you and your friends decide not to get up at 8am and renew it, you will be waking up to a 200 dollar bill). Not only will they tow your friends, they will tow tennants. Believe it or not, if you don't wash your car/keep it looking nice, or keep it in the same spot for more than a week, you will be towed. Think about this concept for a second... there is no shortage of space, and they expect you to have someone move your car to another spot and wash it if you decide to go on vacation for a week. That concept has always blown my mind, and yes I did get towed 3 times (each for 200.00). Bottom line is this, if you decide to live there, do not say I didnt warn you, and I guess you will find out the hard way.
