this community is nothing more than slumlords charging overprice rents for ghetto quality apartments. They don't fix things in a timely manner and god help you get your security deposit in a timely manner. Also the site manager is not tenant friendly and there is the possibility of fair housing issues with this agent. It may be close to the college but not a place you will want to call home. I rented from spring '02 through spring '08. ...
