Our building has been invested with bed bugs! Management has known for months about residents having reoccuring investations and have not informed the rest of the building. Now, they are in the hallways, laundry facilities, and going apartment to apartment. Mathew DeVos, manager, has told multiple stories and reasons why this is happening to each different resident that has confronted him of the situation. He has told me that this is considered "not a big problem". DIGUSTING! Don't move here, there is no pride from maintenence or management. Cheap? Yeah, but not worth the headache. Maintenence's idea of fixing problem is just simply bandaging it from the water pipe leaks to building doors being broken into. There is mold growing all over the laundry facility. Other residents do not take pride in where they live. A lot of trashy people, dope heads, and party animals. Not safe for children due to the creeps that stand outside and watch them.
