Don't let then give you one of the brand new (built in 2021) apartments! They look really nice at first but they rushed the building process and didn't even do a final walk through before handing over the keys. Dishwasher scrapes against the wall when you open it, doors have trouble staying shut, and lately the fire alarm keeps going off for no reason! It has gone off almost every day and the office can't say when they will fix it. Rent is too high and no refunds are ever offered for putting up with these huge issues. ...
