I’ve honestly been waiting for the day that we move out to leave a review. We lived in Eitel for almost 6 years and we have seen management changes as well as corporate changes. I will start with the good, we absolutely loved our actual living space, and the proximity to downtown and entertainment. This is where the good experience ends. The management company is horrible to deal with the actual manager and assistant manager and maintenance staff are doing their best but I feel like they don’t get enough support. I will say they are also never on top of their work and there were instances where our washer and dryer was breaking every week and they wouldn’t come for weeks to fix it. I had an outstanding issue with our dryer for a full calendar year before they “fixed” it which wasn’t a fix really. All the fixtures are cheap and the common spaces are gross and usually littered. There has been a lot of instances of car break ins as well as damages to cars within the parking garage. Moreover, the cleanliness of the building is extremely concerning. To say the least this is advertised as a luxury building but the tenants let their animals relieve themselves in the hallways. There have been multiple instances where there are actual dog sh*t in the hallways that hasn’t been picked up for days. I have had to email management about this multiple times as well. Then we have the general demeanor of tenants who live in this building… let’s just say there is a lot of turnover, and you will see multiple eviction notices in the units surrounding you. The “courtesy” officers they mentioned are almost never available, when I have had issues with neighbors I was advised to call police. All in all, stay away. Half the building is empty, and the other half is people who can’t wait to leave this place. Stay away and don’t give your money, time or effort to this building. ...
