I recommend living here purely for it's Price. Compared to a lot of the other apartments I've looked at (stadium view, u commons) this place is really nice and for a great price! Having my own washer and dryer at my age is my favorite part. They offer a really n ice cap on electric bills and I barely ever go over. And if I do it's only a couple dollars. Nice place to live!
