Great management - professional and friendly staff, same-day maintenance response. The building and the apartments themselves are well-maintained, you really get the sense that they care about their tenants and properties. I got my security deposit back in full within weeks of move-out. Only down-side is their ridiculously expensive buy-out clause in case you need to move out before the year-long lease is over. I actually rented for the the 2012-2013 school year but that option wasn't available. I hope whoever put this site together is still updating it, it's a great resource that needs to be publicized (more widely?)! I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...
