Office staff regularly changes hours of operation. Day by day or even week by week, if you live here, you never know if the office will be open. Calling the office is a joke also. You never know if office staff will pickup or not. They do screen calls as well. The garage door is a joke as well. In one month, it might function properly for only maybe a week. All they do is post a note on the wall saying the door is broken. Otherwise, where the garage door is, remains a big hole in the wall whereas criminals are afforded the opportunity to come and go as they please where children, handicapped individuals and even elderly reside. Since I have lived here I additionally have become acquainted with the musical sounds of noisy neighbors. Management just blows it off if you complain. I rented from fall 2015 through summer 2016. ...
