I live and work at Bierman and I think it's a great apartment in Dinkytown because it's super close to campus and the cheapest private room you can get! My only concern has been the safety of Dinkytown, but that's not Bierman Place's fault.

Bierman Place is decent in quality, has everything you need for a college apartment. You get what you pay for here, it is the cheapest apartment in Dinkytown so it doesn't have all the highest upgrades. We had flooding issues but maintenance took care of them, I think we just had bad luck here. Has a fitness center which is nice. Experience overall was fine, again, you get what you pay for. ...
