They sold me on the experience and miserably failed to deliver. the front desk is rarely occupied, maintenance issues are avoided - they hope to wait you out for your lease to end - and the social programs are non-existent. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE TO LIVE HERE. ...

Was the cheapest option near campus at the time. Recommend having a bicycle to get to campus rather than walking. Close to lightrail so you have easy access to west bank or greater Minneapolis/St.Paul. Apartment amenities were basic - gym, movie room, little outdoor courtyard area. ...

Not good. The management only cares about getting new leases. They have both renovated rooms and unrenovated rooms, but will always tour you around the renovated rooms, which is misleading. The heating system is such that it always has to be on so the air is extremely dry. The windows don't open which is a fire hazard and decreases quality of life. ...
