The view of downtown was great. I saw lightning strike the IDS center once. It seemed like the fire alarm was always going off. One time my neighbor came over after he got in a fight and I gave him an ice pack and then he tried to give me a dread lock he had ripped off the other guy's head. I would advise people NOT TO LIVE HERE. The location is really sweet, I have a great view from my third floor studio facing downtown. It has nice hardwood floors and a huge closet. That was what attracted me to this place. However, the whole building has a BUG PROBLEM. There are both cockroaches and water bugs, and if you do not take out the trash every night and wash the dishes and countertops, they will take over. But if you can deal with that and a tempermental shower, than this is a good place for the location. Parking costs $25 for a parking zone sticker that has to be renewed in March. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
