Overall, extremely satisfied. I've lived there for two years and experienced very few problems. The walls between bedrooms are very thin, however the walls between apartments are almost soundproof. The new contrsuction has made the location a little lame, but it's still very very close to all of my classes, bus routes, and right outside the stadium! Not many drunkards puking in the hallway so that's cool. Maintenance a little slow, but mostly followed through.
