Best part of the apartment is the location. Walls are very thin and badly insulated. You'll never be sure if your heat actually works. If your neighbors smoke they will unintentionally hotbox your apartment. Nobody cleans up after their dogs so common areas are covered in dog poo. Maintenance teams are awesome but they cover multiple buildings so they're spread very thin and barely have time to help/fix stuff. Had several break ins to the building and garages while we lived there too - security was awful. ...
