They knew for a month that I was moving in and they didn't have it ready. When I went to move in there was glass everywhere, the place was so dirty it took me and my mom 5 hours to clean it and they didn't even take anything off my rent for it. They never fix anything when you call unless you call the mainenance guy's cell phone (which he was nice enough to give me after having so many problems with the company.) There is a huge spider problem in the basement apartments as well that no one is helping with. I have bug bombed twice, it hasn't helped. I rented from fall 10 through fall 10. ...
