These landlords are the absolute worst. We were warned not to rent from them but did any. Big mistake. They banned recycling, made us pay fees, and e-mailed us at least every other day about a complaint they had because they were always around. It was horrible and I wanted to move out the month I moved in, not because of roommates or anything else but because they were so overbearing and the house is not that great, there is a lot of mold. A health inspector should really stop by. Beware of the Kunkels I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...
