Management is terrible they never answer the phones nor do they return calls. It took them almost a year to process my son application and give him the ok to replace me in my apartment because I decided to move. I was given the ok by Ivon that corporate
received l paperwork and we have signed every required documentation. The last of the paperwork was signed with new management Sue which informed me that everything was completed and Iβm set to move. Now that I have moved out I went over to help to make sure that everything was transferred over to the other tenants name just to find out they never removed my name from the lease and everything is still under my information. I went to talk to Sue which she seem to ignore me and now a Daima is helping but is telling me that things were not doing correctly which Iβm confused on why all this complication to remove my name from the lease I followed all required steps as management told me that needed to be done but now what I am being told is paperwork is missing and they are unable to locate my sons paystubs and application which a week prior I was informed they have all of his information and all signed docs. This place is so unorganized and unprofessional and when they mess up they ignore you and place the mishaps on you to protect themselves. Now they are giving me the run around about the removal No oneβs answering the phones and no one is returning calls now I have taken the necessary steps in contacting hud and an attorney. Lucky I do have copies of paperwork from the me being released from the lease with the managers Sue signature

My wife Anna and I had to move in on a moments notice and she did not like the bareness and echo from all the hard surfaces (EVERY SURFACE) as I also found it cold and un-homeyness unwelcoming when coming home... Lots of addicts live here and USED TO
hang around a lot in and around the entrance but now we have good security and the guards are nice guys, the office manager Ivon Camacho-Gonzales is very... Off-putting and cold, to say the least, it is VERY MUCH A SECTION 8 HIGH-RISE and the emergency services, (police/fire/ambulance) come there once or twice DAILY..!! EVERY DAY!!!! ????

Press House is dirty top to bottom. The carpet is dirty and elevators stink like urine it takes months for Kevin to fix things. He is crabby and always wants to quit. We need a full time caretaker I choose Vonte. Please let him live here Nobody will
bother him please start to care. The sidewalks were not shoveled all winter long. If someone slips and gets hurt that is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The homeless still sneak in through the back door. The janitor does a horrible job. He is not detailed oriented. The security guards do a great job. Thank you for hiring them
