First off, the landlords are the nicest people in the business. Price and location are fine, but the quality of living there is just wretched! Parking is on a first come first serve basis- DAILY! There aren't enough parking spots for residents and you can't park on the roads at night, so if you work evenings or ever want to go out at night prepare to not be able to find a spot in the lots in the entire complex. The place is infested with Mexicans and I know that sounds racist but there are people who sleep on the stairs outside the building, mariachi music blasting at ALL hours of the day, and people stood right outside the building having this celebration where they were playing a guitar and pounding this metal drum and screaming and singing at the top of their lungs early in the morning. Some resident who I had never met had went to the land lord and accused me of threatening and screaming obscenities at their young child which was not true at all! I have no idea who or where they got this idea, I never really interacted with anyone there, and they even said they really didn't know who I was. Fortunately the land lord believed me with no questions asked. The people there are the worst scum of the earth!!!!!!!! I rented from summer '06 through summer '07. ...
