Deductions are made in deposits for repairs not made after lease termination. Anyone can now rent here and the clientele is rapidly declining with regard to lawfulness. I rented from fall '06 through summer '08.

The management is unresponsive to leaks, noise, and pest control. Your money would best be spent elsewhere. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08.
