i have lived at Cloverset Valley for 4 years. In the last year I have been fighting to keep my apartment livable because the 40 year old a/c unit is in such bad shape. Pricce Brothers Management increases my rent every year which I expect. Price Brothers DOES NOT reinvest any of those funds into this property resulting in my low rating of maintenance.
