They are mean people who care about nothing except taking more money from you or taking you to collections with no regard to the issue. I had a broken patio screen the entire time I lived there because they would never come fix it, though I called it in. All the girls in there are complete bitches especially Lisa Shaw. If you ever to her tell her she is a dirty whore who rapes innocent people for more money. I would rather live in a box than rent from them...mold and broen fixtures don't help. Management is horible. I rented from summer 10 through summer 10. ...

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! I choose Georgetown because I loved how spacious the units are and the overall atmosphere of the grounds. Because the apartments were built in the 1960's they are one of a kind and very beautiful, however I feel that over the years they have fallen into the wrong hands and are now in disrepair. The employees at the front desk have a serious communication problem and really don't do too much besides find any rediculous reason they can to charge you more money. When the ceiling of my dinning room caved in after a rainstorm, it took two weeks of consistent calling to get any results. I eventually had to call the corporate office in NYC. Once the leak and ceiling were fixed it happened again in less than a month. Due to the overwhelming amount of mold in the ceiling I asked to be transfered to a unit without a leak. When the time came for me to move they tried to charge me and additional $500 as my prorated rent for the rest of the month in my new unit and $180 for cleaning fees of the old unit. I have had nothing but a bad experience since I moved in and would not recommend Georgetown apartments to anyone!!!!! I rented from spring '08 through fall '08. ...
