Nosy neighborhood, thin walls, security system doesn't work, unsafe,outdated appliances Mold/ Poor ventilation system. Kitchen/ Bathroom outdated. Poor lighting in parking lot, parking to far away, visitors taking up all the residents parking spaces

Horrible living conditions..unsafe at night due to the security gates being left open. Mold,outdated stove/ refrigerator, outdated kitchen floors..leakage in air conditioning system and heating. Poor ventilation throughout apartment.
