This apartment was the worst place I have lived. Mice in the walls. Squirrels in the walls. I contacted management repeatedly and they did not fix it. Paper thin walls and immature neighbors made it very loud to reside. Moved out after 5 months due to managements poor response to my concerns. Do not recommend. I rented from winter 2018 through spring 2018. ...

Traumatizing living This location isn't even worthy of one star. Cockroach infested since 2015. With mice around September- start of winter. This property was remodeled in the most cheap way possible and renamed Lakota On Grand. The owners have been switched several times. Tommy with 33 management is all you will ever get through to. He protects the owners and does not help the residents. Bandaid fixes is all that you will ever get as a solution & not in a timely manner. Tommy is very unprofessional. To top everything else off the back Parking lot (that Is not shown in the tour )..... (smells & floods) The flooding is the worst in May-Aug and in several instances the flooding is knee deep. At one point the flooding ruined all my electrical in my car and other components. Not only me but other residents at the time as well. Accountability isn't taken. The flooding still occurs. As far as the owners and tommy are concerned they just wait until people get fed up enough to move out and then prey on new victims who waste there time and money on this awful residence. A few lower units flood as well. Electric & plumping is poor quality. Heat is gas & extremely outdated not working units. Gas leaks have occurred as well. Money pit without a doubt. I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2016. ...
