i currently live in french quarter apt and i just have to say if you like to live in an apt where the water from outside leaks in your living room this is the place for you...you will see brown spots and many leaks that will not be fixed but patched when the water drys...but if it gets too bad and you have multiple wholes in the ceiling they will staple plastic over the wholes to make 1 whole for you to put 1 bucket under your leaks instead of using 3 or 4...i tell ya it's great if you don't mind it happening more than once maybe even twice..i've been dealing with it all year...oh yeah it's spacious and can be quiet..but i guess that helps for all the break-ins that have been happening lately..i walked out ready to go to work only to find my car had been broken into...so if you want to live in an apt that doesn't fix roof leaks and has multiple break ins but they can keep the outside looking nice and the inside hallways updated then this apt is for you...happy hunting...please don't live here if you have class and taste...and oh yeah they even want to increase rent in this place...wow I rented from spring '06 through spring '08. ...
