The superintendent is very nice, however, it took a week for the exterminator to come when I had cockroaches which was frustrating. Also when I moved in the apartment was disgustingly dirty, I spent 6 hours cleaning the kitchen which is awful considering that this is a college run apartment. I am paying for them to maintain the facilities but they are not doing that. ...
