Price is a bit steep for what you get, but overall it's that bad. Maintenance is probably my biggest issue, you don't always have hot water, and it can take a while to get major appliances fixed. I also never got a mail key

8 1/2 Canal Street apartments is a great fit for me! I value safety and privacy a lot. The apartment is able to give me these things with great amenities like the court yard and the gym at a good price.
