Aspen Heights is a nice apartment, however, it has a lot of negatives. The hallways smell like weed all the time, and it's really bad on the fifth floor. There isn't really any security there so anyone can just walk in if there is an open door or drive into the parking garage after someone else. Also, the fire alarm goes off at least once every month because the apartment is mostly for college students who like to pull pranks. The rent is really high per person for the amount of footage you get, but it is newly renovated so it looks modern. ...

Overall no major issues, maintenance fixes anything that is broken and the staff are all very helpful and whatnot. Rent may seem a little steep compared to other places, but the amenities and peace of mind that you get are unmatched.

I love aspen and it is super fun, I enjoy the scenery and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live. Being in college makes living here that much more fun and there is so much to do and they even do give aways!

My time there was OK. I think it is one of the better options compared to the dorms or other on campus apartments just in terms of the amenities & the aesthetic. The walls are VERY thin, you can hear everything to the side & above you. If you live by the pool, it echoes so you can hear people conversating on their balconies & at the pool. We had a bad gnat problem on our hallway, it was very irritating. The fire alarm would go off at least once a week, sometimes in the middle of of the night. Be sure to take pictures when you move in because they will try to charge the whole room with phony charges claiming they need to repaint & you won't get your deposit back. Security was a concern, but we are in the middle of the city so it's just not smart in general to leave valuables visible in your car or leave you car unlocked. The staff though is very friendly & mostly responsive. They have nice community incentives like free food trucks & homecoming parties since it is located right next to the stadium. ...

i have pretty much thoroughly enjoyed living at aspen. I love the layout of my apartment, the amenities, and the fun stuff the leasing office does for residents. The only downfall is that it is a college student apartment and people can leave a mess in hallways and it can be loud. ...

I moved to Aspen my Junior year after having a horrible experience at millennium one. I have not had any issues with Aspen. They stay on top of things and communicate very well and keep you updated about whats going on. Everything is very simple as far as submitting maintenance request, using the amenities and paying your bills. My maintenance requests were complete very quickly and if I had any questions the staff was very helpful and quick. I lived there while in quarantine during the pandemic and they handled everything wonderfully and safe. ...
