When I moved into this apartment complex, I fell in love with my two bedroom. I liked not having any stairs, private parking, wood floors, installed washer and dryer and I'm able to see and check on my car from my kitchen window. I originally rented from 5 Star Reality but after about eight months of being a resident, 5 Star Reality sold my apartment complex to Big Muddy Rentals. I can tell immediately that my new landlord was new at having and owning apartment rentals. He came off as a little too aggressive and came on strong. He would text me about the rent three days before its even due. He mows, paint and do all the yard work himself. 5 start Reality paid workers to do the yard work and maintenance. As the months progressed, I have gotten to know my new landlord and I'd say he's pretty okay. he understanding and was pretty helpful during this entire pandemic. He tries to be assist when he can and now we mesh well. I will definitely recommend Big Muddy rentals to others. ...
