The apartment is homey, and the heating is nice. Their is typically a TV in each apartment so that's fun. Birch Plaza also has some nice amenities like an exercise room, a study room, a piano room, and a game room. The maintenance has been alright but they could do better at time. I have personally loved my time at Birch Plaza. Not having a car, it has been the perfect location. There are great amenities included which make the price that I have paid worth it. I would consider living here again in the future.
