Before moving in the decision was based on appearance, interior design & the agent that we worked with was excellent. Once we had the movers move everything in and was all decorated and set up the first week was ok with a few complaints which we could work through, after a few weeks the issues started to arise: terrible gate functionality(none of the gates worked leaving a open gated community which this was to be for 30 days and lasted a 1 1/2 years, the side gate where as an individual can enter or exit had no key locks leaving anyone to enter the property). This lead to people sitting in the picnic and play areas late into the wee hours being loud. The walls are so thin that you hear the street traffic all day and night. The roaches and earwigs are ridiculous in size and numbers. There feedback on the bugs was that "Hey you live in Las Vegas and theirs nothing you can do about the bugs and we cant guarantee a bug or rodent free community". wow! The noise from neighbors is ridiculous as well with the bumping of the ceiling all night until you bang back and it goes away for the night. lol! The management needs training on people skills, policies and procedures on how to run a community that size and managing their maintenance staff and to do list. They said they were behind the whole time we were there. Basically this is not a good community to move into with your family or as a individual. It's not worth the money when you can move to the South West or a better area and pay the same rent with out the hassles of having to up and move as soon as you can!
