When first moving in it seemed like they weren’t done renovating and quickly patched up whatever was left. Overall the spaces are neat and great closet size. When there is heavy rain, some spots may form puddles and also might cause dirt to get really muddy. This occurred right out in front my building and had to maneuver out when this happened. I did experience mold in my bathroom after a few months of living there. I moved shortly after that so can’t say how they handled that. I am currently a sophomore at the University of Houston living at Cambridge Oaks Apartments. The staff and RAs are very caring and nice. These apartments are very close to campus, which is very convenient! I would sometimes walk to the library and it only takes around 10 minutes! There are great amenities including wifi, laundry, a pool and even a volleyball court. Overall, living at Cambridge Oaks is a great experience and I am renewing my lease for next year! ...
