Overall, I am enjoying living in a Campbell Hill apartment. The rent is reasonable, the grass is maintained well, and the staff are friendly and willing to help. However, maintenance takes its time coming out to the apartments to fix problems. We lease our apartment furnished, and when our table leg broke off it took 3 weeks for it to be fixed. We also had a hole in our ceiling that was not fixed for almost a month. I accidentally put too many stars for the maintenance question above, and it will not let me lower my star rating to 2.5 like I want to.
