I have been living in College Town Apartments that is located off campus from Sacramento State for almost 2 years now, and I have to say is that I really enjoyed living here. It is 5 mins from the university by car, but students can take a nice stroll along side the American River trail to school under 15 minutes. The Apartment staff and maintenance teams are amazing. Anytime I have any house maintenance or issue, I send my request to the management teams and they send maintenance crew the same day of request. Unlike other student housings, I've noticed the students that live here also reflect the living experience here. I had never had any personal issues with my neighbors and the apartments itself. Although, there has been a few issues that is not related to the apartment such as having loud individuals from nearby apartments and unlimited parking for students. There has also been stragglers that roam around the apartments looking through trash cans, but other then that, the apartment has great security and takes good care of its residents. Its a decent living space and I think you get a lot without paying too much for the apartment. I managed to get a two bedroom two story apartment paying less than $700 a month with my very own outside patio! I appreciate that the management works with students income, as the rent is based on your income, and it makes it possible to live here at College Town Apartments. I was refer to this by a friend, and I can happily say that I am thankful that my friend has told me about this apartment . I even recommended this apartment to a coworker of mine and she is excited to attend Sacramento State this fall. ...

The prices were good since it was only a 15 minute walk to Sacramento State. There are a lot of amenity's that are included such as a gym and free printing but everything is closed off at 11pm. The staff could have been more helpful when it came to broken things in the apartment. ...

Affordable housing near Sac State. People don’t get loud but the apartment walls are pretty thin so you might hear your neighbors once in a while. Other than that pretty clean grounds with the exception of the laundry rooms which can get pretty messy or do not work properly. ...

These apartments are pretty nice to live in because they are close to campus and there are food places close by. Its mainly for low income families which makes it affordable especially if you have a Roomate or two you end up paying like $200 and some change per person on a two bedroom. The apartments aren't that big but they aren't also to small. There are never any problems with neighbors or anyone who is being noisy which is pretty cool. There is security walking at night making sure that each car is parked in their parking space and not a random car. ...
