The neighborhood is really small and they don’t have much things to do for the community. For example, Fox Ridge is another complex that is available in Blacksburg and it has a huge pond & trail and a field and a newly renovated leasing office with a new gym and pool. I feel like all the communities in blacksburg are being upgraded Except for collegiate. On a positive note, it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood with a great location and it has a great price for a spacious two bedroom, which is what i was looking for. ...
