I actually loved the apartment but MAXXPM is a HORRIBLE management company. They have predatory fees and absolutely soulless representatives. I think the staff must get kickbacks on the fees they collect. (GRACE and DARIA and THE WORST.) Check the Yelp reviews before you move in. They charge thousands of dollars in extra fees above keeping your deposit. No matter how clean you left it or how dirty when you moved in. The "maintenance of common areas by the HOA consists of vacuuming the entrance and stairs ONCE a month. They will spiff it up if showing an apartment in that building but otherwise you are on your own. The handrails stay grimey til you clean them yourself. People's garbage bag leaks stay on the stairs and entry carpets for MONTHS. Despite their charging a fee to DNA your dog to identify its poop, they never enforce cleaning it up and the grassy areas are landmines of dog waste. RUN from this place! You will hate living there ...

The hoa here is a joke. These apartments feel so ghetto and gross now compared to when I first moved in. Cheaply built but expensive to rent. School buses will park in you parking spots. No assigned parking which causes so many problems. Constant maintenance that isn’t necessary like painting the doors (terrible job) a different color. This place is honestly gross. ...

Cons: horrible management and maintenance services. We put a request on the portal two years ago and it is still pending. When someone spilled gas in the garage and the smell went into our apartment, we could not sleep because the smell was so strong. Only after three days contacting Easton Park management mxxp, they finally did something. The building was cheaply built, so it had cracks in the walls by our windows, so we had many bugs in our apartment. The apartment itself had no storage and three bedroom apartments have no food pantry (my friend didn't have it). The contract itself is very bad. If anything breaks and itsnot your fault, you have to pay for it. Please do read your contract carefully. We also just got only $380/$995 of our security deposit. We cleaned everything very well but got almost nothing back. My acquaintances got only $58 of their deposit and they said they cleaned their place very good as well. Staff is non-existent. There are over 50 different building complexes that they manage and they assign one person to handle all of Easton Park. Very hard to get ahold of anyone, and when you do you rarely get solid answers. Maintenance is a joke. You are expected to pay for everything out of pocket, or try many times to fix something yourself before you can even submit a maintenance request. When I first moved in there was a serious gas leak in the apartment. It took over a week before someone even came by to look at it. Dog poop everywhere on the grounds. Your "assigned" parking is just random parking lines behind the complex. You could be required to walk over 100 yards from parking spot to actual apartment due to no spaces nearby. ...
