My entire school was kicked out of our dorms at Spelman College due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This fall I was suppose to return to campus, but I was denied on-campus housing because Spelman is choosing to cater to incoming Freshman (Class of 2025) instead of providing housing to current students who are struggling to find a place to stay. My only option was to live at Entra West End because it is the only apartment that is close to my school. By the time I wanted to book my stay at Entra West End, the front desk receptionist informed me that they were 100% booked and were catering to Georgia Tech students. Entra West End should not be catering to Georgia Tech students when they don't live in the proximity of that area. It is unfair that there is no room available to AUC students only. We are all struggling to continue our education and now we can't find a place to live while dealing with the stress of learning in a pandemic. I would not recommend Entra West End to anyone because of their horrible attitude and mistreament towards students during a pandemic. ...

Entra (West End), in my opinion, has too many problems considering it is a new housing development. The rent is very high to be student housing and they falsely advertise the amenities. It is great for convenience to campuses in the Atlanta University Center but I personally do not feel as though the problems are worth the money. Their property management team have had negative reports in the past and some of their best members have quit due to their own experience at Entra, which says a lot. It serves it's purpose and for that I am grateful however I would not recommend it. ...

The staff are very friendly and easy to work with! They regularly to community engagement activities like bring in food trucks or give out snacks during exam time. My experience at Entra has been very pleasant and I am very happy I decided to stay here during my last year of undergrad. ...

Since living in Entra, I have had an absolutely wonderful experience overall. This is my first apartment and the staff has made sure that I was fully comfortable with my living arrangements. I have made plenty of friends since moving in and all my neighbors are very friendly. It is right down the street from my campus, so that is very convenient. ...
