I've lived with First Site for almost two years and currently a resident with them now. They offer a variety of really nice apartments to students who are looking to live off campus. First Site is very helpful with picking the place that's most affordable for you and want you to pick a place that you can call your home. The campus view apartments by the tracks close to Watterson is where I lived my junior year which was a good experience for me and is about a 5 minute walk to campus. The rent can be steep for some units, but it depends where you live and for the most part will say apartments are well worth the cost. ...

Well at first I had few problems with them. One they doubled charged me for a fee and when I asked to get my money back in the form of a check they never gave it to me and just applied it to my online resident portal which I didn’t want. Second when my roommate and I were looking for a apartment the first sales lady we meet with was rude and not helpful. We came back a second time and we had a new sales person and our experience was so much better with him and ended up signing with him. The apartment is ok but wish they gave us the option to break our lease sense all classes are online and it would have saved me money to stay at home and kept me safer from COVID. ...
