The location of Forest Hills Manor LLC is amazing, it is the closest to neighborhood to campus. We have 3 floors which is very nice, and my room is very big. The only bad thing is the staff is very incompetent and does not fix things when we ask them to.

Forest Hills Manor is the closest off-campus location in regards to proximity to campus. It is a great community of college students who help each other out if anyone ever needs anything. The staff is poor quality, does not get back to tenants quickly, and seems to be very unorganized. Maintenance is quite bad - they do not respond to inquiries quickly and show up at times that you did not agree on. They do not fix the majority of problems in each tenants house. ...
