The whole experience was satisfactory as a space to live while attending school. Overall the quality of the apartments was decent, but required the need for maintenance. Since most people living around me were students, the neighbors were friendly and I did not find any problems with the company. It was safe as well; I did not feel unsafe at any point. The only time I felt anything was seeing drunk college kids, but that was no problem. ...

They are very conveniently situated on campus. The conditions are not the best, but you can't really expect the Ritz on a college campus. There is heating and an air conditioning unit included in the apartment. You do have to set up electricity and the internet on your own. ...

I moved into my apartment because of the changes in dorm living due to Covid. I came into this knowing that I would not have a dishwasher, which is fine; I have no problem doing my dishes by hand. The biggest thing I have to complain about is the parking situation. Granite gave everyone a parking permit for our gravel lot, which is WAY too small to fit everyone. There are no lines and no designated spots, so if you find out there is no open spaces, you have to park in front of the building. BUT there is no guarantee that you'll get a spot in there either because other students decide to park there because they don't have a Purdue permit. If you can't park there, you have to find somewhere else and risk a parking ticket. If you submit maintenance requests, they will not get filled unless you ask multiple times. Overall, the rent is too expensive for what they give you, they have one of the highest pet rents around, and they simply overcharge because of location. I love my roommates and feel comfortable in my apartment, but it's really not worth the cost for a broke college student. ...
