Overall my experience has been pleasant and I do recommend identity to others. In my opinion, it is probably the nicest off-campus housing option offered by FIU and being so close to the campus is really great.

It's a great experience but a little bit expensive, but I would recommend you go there if you want too. The service and people that work there is great and all the other things you can do there was good as well.

I like that they keep the apartment common areas clean and have rules in place to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. The amenities are nice and very modern. The office staff are also very helpful with any issues.
