I was a resident of Knox Ridge for three years. As a community type atmosphere, there was little to complain about. There was always an activity going on or an engagement with the residents, making living there more appealing. The pool and fire pit area were always in use, as it was encouraged to hang out in the clubhouse and common areas. There were a few instances where we had non-residence persons entering and using the pool area, as well as 2 instances of weapons being fired on the grounds. ...
