It's a cute and affordable apartment, but we've had several thefts in the building. The staff does not seem concerned with the safety of the residents as they have ignored many requests for security cameras to be installed at entrances. In addition, I put in several maintenance requests when I moved in over a month ago that still have not been addressed.
